Whitlam Group Team Building Outing

Everyone wants to work in an environment where he or she feels they can easily communicate, be comfortable, and collaborate with their co-workers. However, some find it difficult to connect or reach out to others. An excellent way to break this barrier is to participate in team building activities and outings. By doing this, we become a close-knit group that communicates better and work together to solve problems.
The employees at Whitlam Group pride themselves on our quality and customer service. Our top-notch team is the result of a family-friendly culture that has been cultivated over the years by our owners. This has translated into how we interact and help one another as needed. We have participated in many team activities over the years and will continue to do so as the benefits are immense.
Our latest event was held at The Great Escape Room in Royal Oak, Michigan. The escape room is a physical game where players are locked in a room and must find clues and solves puzzles to unlock the door and escape before the sixty minutes have elapsed. This type of game requires teamwork and collaboration from everyone to find the clues and work diligently to beat the clock.
By continuing these team building efforts that lead to good morale in the workplace, Whitlam Group will continue to stand out from the competition.
