GM Tire Inflator Booklet Label

The Clients objective was to combine instructions in multiple languages, to fit into a specific area. This would allow them to use the same product in a global market.

Whitlam Label Company came up with the folded format which has multiple panels to hold various languages and information.

Solution: We provided a format where the base panel adheres to the substrate permanently. The top panel has a resealable adhesive so the consumer can open and close the booklet many times.

Laser Band Tag

The customer requested that we come up with a band/ tracking system. The purpose is to track patients during natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, etc. They also wanted a consecutive number barcode label that could be removed to be used for patient forms samples, such as blood. The band is used primarily as a quick identification of patient status in a triage environment.

Solution: Whitlam Label Company created a part made entirely out of film to withstand the riggers of a disaster environment, which includes the decontamination process. We also incorporated variable information for tracking and traceability.

We were able to incorporate all of the customer's requirements into one band which can be attached to a patient's wrist or ankles. The band has six removable barcodes that can be used for patient forms or samples as needed. The color coded triage part of the band allows for a quick patient status indicator in a disaster environment.

GM Window Label

The clients objective was that they needed a window label that the plant could install on the assembly line, that would help guide the operators with installing the labels straight.

Whitlam created a label that the operator can use as a template to locate where the label should be installed on the window. Also, the template is used so the operator does not have to touch the label during installation.

Solution: This allows the operator to expose only the portion where the adhesive needs to be applied to the window, while the operator utilized the surrounding sections to locate where the label needs to be positioned on the window. Also, this gives the operator ample area to hold the label while applying it to the surface.

Free T-shirt Coupon

The client wanted to add a coupon onto their Package, the coupon was auto applied onto the front of the package on top of where their "brand Logo" was located. They wanted a coupon that once removed would not interfere with the "Brand Logo".

Solution: We provided our client with a coupon construction which once the coupon was removed their "Brand Logo" would be completely visible with no residue on the package.

Greenfield Village Steam Station Beer

The Client wanted one label with a metallic effect that would act as a bottle neck wrap and a tamper evident seal.

Solutions: We constructed an all in one neck wrap & tamper evident seal, constructed of foil material to give off the metallic effect. This was designed so that the neck wrap and the tamper evident seal was one label.

Playboy Energy Drink Promotion

This promotion was placed throughout stores promoting the new playboy Energy drink. This was a very neat promotional piece with outstanding graphics. We printed this promotion on our HP Indigo.
