1. Q: How soon can you ship my order?
A: If items are in stock, they usually ship in 1-2 business days. Other items demand more attention and time. Turnaround times are dependent upon variables such as artwork complexity, types and sophistication of materials involved, and the processes required to output a quality label. Please contact our sales department (email- Solutions@whitlam.com email) for an estimated delivery time on your labeling requirements.
2. Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: Fed Ex, Fed Ex International, USA domestic, UPS international, BAX Global USA.
3. Q: Do you offer overnight shipping for rush orders? Is there an extra charge for rush orders?
A: Yes, we offer overnight shipping for rush orders. And yes, extra charges may apply; please contact your sales rep. for information on extra charges that may be applied.
