While there may be some differences in the Whitlam Label Company recruitment process depending on which Business Unit you are considering, the key elements remain the same.
- Candidates should search and apply for the positions in which he/she is interested, possess the skills, and match the minimum requirements of the job.
- Human Resources reviews and identifies those candidates whose skills and experiences match the job requirements as detailed in the job description.
- Those candidates who have the experience and skills that best match the role will be selected to continue through the process.
- Candidates chosen to move forward in the interview will be notified by an HR representative with next steps.
- Please note: Some positions may require assessments during the selection process. An HR representative will inform the candidate if this applies to the position he or she is seeking.
- The interview/screening process varies with each opportunity. Human Resources will communicate the process and interview timeline for the position.
- Typically, candidates can expect, two face-to-face interviews, one with the Human Resources Director and the other with the hiring manager, and possible peers or colleagues on site.
- If an offer is extended, a criminal background check must be initiated for all external hires or rehires prior to start date. You are required to complete an I-9 form prior to the designated start date in order to verify eligibility to work in the United States.
